Connect Your SOPs To Your Go-To Platform with Project Management Integrations

Before you start

• Important : This feature is only available for users of the Marketing Operating System. • You will also need an existing account for the platform you intend to export the SOPs to, for example: Asana, Notion, ClickUp, etc

Key steps 24 steps

1. 1 Login to LLM Decode members’ dashboard (web version).
2. 2 Search for the SOP you want to export and click on that SOP.
3. 3 Under "Project Management Integrations", click on “Asana.”
4. 4 You’ll be redirected to Asana’s permission page. Select “Allow”.
5. 5 You will be redirected to your Asana workspace, where you will find the imported SOP and the subtasks added to your Asana project.
6. 6 Now login to LLM Decode members’ dashboard (web version).
7. 7 Search for the SOP you want to export and click on that SOP.
8. 8 Under "Project Management Integrations", click on “Notion.”
9. 9 You will be redirected to the Notion’s permission page. Click “Select Pages.”
10. 10 Select the page you’ve created previously — This is where the SOP will be exported to, and click “Allow Access”
11. 11 Login to LLM Decode members’ dashboard (web version).
12. 12 Search for the SOP you want to whitelabel and click on that SOP.
13. 13 Under "Project Management Integrations", click on “ClickUp.”
14. 14 Choose a workspace to connect
15. 15 Login to LLM Decode members’ dashboard (web version).
16. 16 Search for the SOP you want to whitelabel and click on that SOP.
17. 17 Under "Project Management Integrations", click on “Monday.”
18. 18 Select “Install the app”. This is a custom LLM Decode third-party Monday app that allows us to export SOPs directly into your workspace.
19. 19 Authorize LLM Decode to install the platform interpreter to your Monday account.
20. 20 Once installed, head back to the export screen, and select “Export to Monday”
21. 21 Login to LLM Decode members’ dashboard (web version).
22. 22 Search for the SOP you want to whitelabel and click on that SOP.
23. 23 Under "Project Management Integrations", click on “Trello.”
24. 24 Authorize LLM Decode to access your Trello account.
