Checkout runs on Razorpay, so you can pay by card, UPI or net banking. Your card or bank details go straight to Razorpay, not to us. Prefer to learn everything? The 4-course bundle is a single payment for all four courses.

No. All purchases are final. The moment you pay, you get full access to the lessons, SOPs and templates, and that content cannot be taken back, so we do not refund or cancel a course once the payment has gone through. We want you to choose with confidence: read the reviews on each course page, open the lessons marked Free Preview, and check the full outline before you buy. If you are charged twice, or a payment goes through and you do not get access, contact us with your payment ID and we will put it right.

You are enrolled the moment the payment goes through. If you checked out without an account, we create one for you and email the login details to the address you used at checkout. Nothing in your inbox after a few minutes? Check spam or junk, then use Reset Password on the sign-in page with that same email. Still stuck? Write to hey@llmdecode.com with your payment ID and we will sort it out.

Yes. Every course is self-paced, so start whenever you like, pause when life gets busy and pick up exactly where you left off. The courses you are enrolled in are always waiting in the My courses list on the Courses page once you sign in.

Finish the course and pass the certification at the end, and you get a certificate with its own unique number. Add it to your LinkedIn profile, and anyone, from an employer to a client, can confirm it is genuine on the Verify certification page.

Alongside the lessons, each course comes with ready-to-use SOPs and templates: step-by-step documents you can drop straight into your own work. Open the SOP & Templates tab inside a course, or browse everything in the SOP Library.
