Just passed the final certification for my course and I'd like to put the certificate on my LinkedIn profile.

Which details should I use for the name, the issuing organisation and the credential ID? And can a recruiter check that it's genuine somewhere?

Congratulations! On LinkedIn, go to your profile, choose Add profile section, then Licenses & certifications, and fill it in like this:

  • Name: the course name, for example "A-Z Claude Masterclass".
  • Issuing organisation: LLM Decode.
  • Issue date: the date on your certificate.
  • Credential ID: the unique number printed on your certificate.
  • Credential URL: the Verify certification page, so anyone can check it.

And yes, a recruiter or client can confirm it's genuine: they open the Verify certification page (it's also in the footer of the site), enter the certificate number and see the result. If a certificate doesn't verify, or your certificate button is missing after you passed, reply here with the course name and we'll look into it.
